En este trabajo, realizado junto a la escuela de Hostelería de la Flota, tratamos de investigar sobre los límites sociales y personales de los sabores y del acto de comer. Para ello proponíamos una serie de experiencias tanto gastronómicas como de reflexión social y personal sobre el acto de comer. Entre ellas y al hilo del título del trabajo, preguntábamos a los espectadores-actores sobre sus hábitos gastronómicos y de acuerdo con ellos los fotografiábamos haciendo mediante proyecciones que se evidenciara el tipo de comida que elegían a modo de tatuaje total, con claras referencias al pintor barroco Archimboldo.

Otra experiencia que propusimos a los espectadores, es que se sentaran a una mesa en la que en vez de comer, tenían que jugar con la comida y usarla como pintura, con lo que tenían que llegar a acuerdos sobre formas, colores y texturas.

En fin empezar la comida por el final.

Otra actividad que hicimos fue intentar ponerle rostro a determinados sabores, salado, agrio, amargo, ácido, dulce...

Judgar vosotros y colocarle nombre a esos gestos.

In this work, conducted by the School of Hotel Management of the Fleet, we tried to investigate the social and personal boundaries of taste and eating. To this end we proposed a series of gastronomic experiences as both social and personal reflection on the act of eating.
